Childhood Immunisation
Cranbourne Road Medical Centre Bulk-bills all Childhood Immunisations
Since 1932, when Government vaccination began for Australian children, illness and death from vaccine-preventable diseases has fallen greatly.
Australia still has one of the world’s most comprehensive publicly funded immunisation programs. As a result, tetanus, diphtheria, Flu Type B, poliomyelitis, congenital rubella and newly acquired hepatitis B are no longer seen or are extremely rare.
We strongly encourage all parents to ensure their children’s immunisation programs are up to date according to the National Immunisation Program Schedule.
The treatment room at Cranbourne Road Medical Centre has all government childhood immunisations in stock and the nurses and doctors will assist you with understanding and co-ordinating all immunisations your child requires.
