Repeat Prescriptions and Referrals

In the best interest of your health, it is our policy not to issue new prescriptions without an appointment with your doctor

However, regular ongoing repeat prescriptions and re-referrals do not usually require an appointment and can be organised over the phone by calling reception on (03) 9783 9288. The script can then be sent to your phone or picked up from the reception. Please ring reception prior to coming down for a script.

If you require a new prescription which you have not had previously or not been seen in this Clinic for 12 months you will require an appointment.

There are also some restrictions on pain relief prescriptions which we will not do over the phone so please discuss this with the reception.
