Cranbourne Road Medical Centre is delighted to once again be accepting new patients to the clinic.

During your first visit, the doctor will collect medical information including history, family history, previous surgeries, current medications and allergies. Therefore a longer consult will be required.

Transfer of your medical history from another practice can be organised.   This requires completion of a Request to Transfer Medical Records form, which can be done by our friendly reception at the clinic.

New Patients are requested to complete a New Registration Form which can be done when you come into the clinic. All information gathered is treated with the strictest confidentiality and is used to allow the doctor to provide the best possible care for you.

Please note payment is required on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made via EFTPOS, Credit or Cash.  Medicare rebate can be claimed on the spot.
